Peter Morra received his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1990 and his Juris Doctorate Degree from the Hofstra University School of Law in 1993. He is a member of the New York State Bar. Mr. Morra has been engaged in a general practice with an emphasis on zoning and land use, residential and commercial real estate and real estate financing, including multi-family loans, U.S. Small Business Administration 7(a), 504 loans, construction financing loans, as well as residential and commercial, CEMA’s and co-op loans.
Until 1997, Peter Morra was associated with a small garden city firm where he was responsible for all the S.B.A. loans, multi-family and mixed use loans, in addition to closing for various residential lenders including CEMA and Co-op loans. He prepared and supervised the preparation of all documents incident to the loan closings. Mr. Morra personally closed the commercial transactions and most of the multi-family and mixed-use transactions, while associated with the firm.
The Firm also represents various individuals and corporations in all aspects of zoning, real estate transactions, corporate and commercial law and land use. Peter Morra has extensive experience in all aspects of Zoning and Land Use and has been used as a zoning/land use expert witness.
Mr. Morra is a Commissioner on the Town of Oyster Bay Housing Authority.
Peter Morra speaks Italian fluently and represents Italian corporations and individuals in the United States.
